Does exactly what I hoped it would. The build quality feels premium and all the controls are intuitive. Takes up a decent amount of space but worth it for the comfort it provides.
The cushioning is perfect and the massage coverage reaches from neck to calves effectively. Really happy with how quiet it operates too. You can easily watch TV or listen to music while using it without any distraction from motor noise.

Compared to similar chairs I researched, this one offers great bang for your buck. The zero gravity position is comfortable and the preset programs cover most needs. Assembly took about an hour but wasn't too complicated.
